Here is the purse for the USMTS Modified race on Wednesday at AMSOIL Speedway. WISSOTA drivers, you DO NOT need a USMTS License to race, you just receive the non-licensed purse. Licenses are $150 if you want one. Entry fee is discounted if you call the USMTS office and pre-register today at (515)832-7944.
AMSOIL Speedway is pleased to announce that Jake Redetzke will be your featured driver for the Challenge Series Late Model Night on Friday August 8th.
Jake and his Familiar 27 Late Model plans on coming to Superior and is excited to be a part of our event to see all you good fans. At 26 Jake has been racing for 11 years now starting in the Pure Stocks for two years then moving into Super Stocks for a year before driving steady in the Late Model. In Jake's first year driving the Late Model he was the WISSOTA Rookie of the Year! Among some of Jake's accomplishments Jake was the Dart Challenge Series winner in 2011, a 2 time Red Clay Classic champion at ABC Raceway, and over 40 other feature wins. Jake's biggest win with a cool $10,000.00 payday came at the Governors Cup. Jake comes from a Rich tradition of racing along side his brother (Jesse) and is following in his father's (Jerry) footsteps.

AMSOIL Speedway is pleased to announce that Darrell Nelson will be making an appearance July 18th for Meet A Driver. This will also be the AMSOIL Qualifier night at the track.
Darrell has been a staple at AMSOIL Speedway along with Proctor Speedway for over 27 years. Darrell races in both the Modified and the Late Model Divisions. The Hermantown Hammer has collected many prestigious titles over the years in his familiar 44 including winning the AMSOIL Late Model Series twice, Como Modified Series, The Red Clay Classic in Modified, the legendary 100 twice in a row, and the only driver to win in both the Modified and Late Model on the same year at the Silver 1000! Darrell will hopefully have both of his cars up front for you Fans to see up close and talk with. So come on out to AMSOIL Speedway July 18th and talk with Darrell, kids can always sit in the car and have a picture taken. Look forward to seeing everyone then.
